Meeting Local Fiber Artists

Tired from the hot summer, traveling, the smoke of Northern Californian wild fires, it's refreshing to meet like-minded fiber artists who are willing to share details about how they create their wonderful works. I'm a member of the Mountain Art Quilters who meet monthly in Nevada City.

To be a member you need to at least participate in one Show-and-Tell and produce one art quilt, entirely your own design and execution. Let me share yesterday's example with you. For the topic "I have never done this before", each artist shared details from their artistic journey, the challenges they overcame, and more.
